One of the best carp. We have been coming for a few years and it has always been good. I'm not a fan of the potato salad, but that's a matter of taste. We also fetch trout in summer. Super quality and freshly slaughtered to order. What more do you want.

The Deusdorfer mill is idyllically situated in the middle of untouched nature: several natural ponds, a mill stream and its own spring pond. The trouts offered there are raised 100% in this almost unaffected environment and by the really funny mill couple. The Fischkerwa invite many seating around the mill, to linger, to enjoy a freshly drafted beer and above all to eat the really, very tasty trout in many variations. I myself had picked a baked trout, which was a poem on my palate with EUR 7, -. The combination of fresh fish and excellent seasoning we all really enjoyed.
